It not only has several layers when teaching each look, but it also has a huge range of eye makeup. Eye shadow primer: It completely transforms your appearance in a moment. Eye makeup, whether it's just a splash of colour or the perfect flick of the eyeliner, is a lifesaver. Eye shadow primers are similar to face primers in that they are designed for the sensitive region of the eyelids. This helps to keep your eye shadow in place for longer and creates an even foundation for your makeup.
